To get golden threads to make new costumes first collect an orange juice then while your still hyper find these things on these levels go through and look for it and you will find a golden thead

List of this to attack when hyper

1) Attack a wooden cabin or a pile of logs (ends facing towards you) on any of the forest levels

2) Attack the dumpsters or the pile of paint cans on roof top levels

3) Attack the pile of skulls or the mini pile of books(Only found on the lower of the two steps) on the haunted hallway levels

4) Attack vases or treasure chests on temple levels

Note if you do it more than once after you get the golden thread there is a life there instead
