To get to one of those guys 1of10 you need to go on the boat and go around the islang in this cave and the guy looks like a hobo.... you need to shoot him before he gets up.
Shoot him then when he falls down in the water you need to keep on shooting.
Because he's not died he is perting to be dead he has an m-19 gone.
