Select the "Inside EA Sports" option at the main menu. At that screen, press R2, Circle, L2, R1, Select.

Press L1 during game play for a power shot.

Select the EA sports option at the main menu screen. Then press: R2, circle, L2, R1, select. Then hit L1 during a game.
Go to the "inside EA sports" screen and click on it.
Once in that screnn press R@,circle,L2,R1 and select.
A message will tell you if it has been done properly.
