On a normal pitch, get a fast bowler and bowl a slower ball, pitched so it looks like its right next to the umpires left shoulder.
Make sure that when you run up the meter is stopped before you can see it, so youre bowling as slow as possible. It will often get them out lbw. use a custom player with full stats to have the most chance.
It may take a little testing to find exactly were i mean you should pitch the ball, and it will be different with different types of pitches.
