Here's how you get into the girls dorm without anyone spotting you, you've first got to fill up the Yearbook to unlock the Black Ninga costume and then enter the dorm. To remain unseen by the staff you have to keep the yellow bar at map at 0%. The girls will be able to see you regardless though.
