When You are at the rooftop battle when you are at the part after you beat up the thug after the cut scene of Mary's apartment grappel up then follow the guy who has Mary.



When you open up the door.The thug will go thru another door.The door that he came out fo his locked.Keep following the thig out the door.



Then grapple up to follow him.Then cuff the other thug.Then jump(don't gilde)to where the thug with Mary went.Don't worry you die.



Then do a little jump and you will land on a legde go slowly to the corner and turn left and you'll be able to grapple.



Grapple and after you grapple open the door and pick up the item.And you are in the room where it was locked when the thug came out!



This cheat works I tried it.
