Complete Story mode. At the mode select, hold "R1+L1+R2+L2" to access the password screen. Enter "Hard!".

When you finish the game once you will have unlocked this feature.

Unlock Jake:

Beat the game once.

Unlock Dark Jake:

Get a present from every level in the game.

Password Menu:

To access the Password menu hold R1 + L1 + R2 + L2 at the Mode Select screen and enter the following codes

Changes the difficulty to Normal:

NORMAL!

Change the difficulty to Hard:

HARD!

Get All Gadgets:

Go Wild!

Disables the "Get All Gadgets" cheat:

Limited!

If you are wonder if you can play as Specter sadly, no. I've tried CodeBreaker but nothing. The two Secret Characters are Jake and Dark Jake. To get Jake you have to beat the game's final Boss. I call him Digital-Dork but I don't know his name. To get Dark Jake you have to get all the "Gifts" in the game. It may sound suspicious but it works. I got him!
