At the first bounce pause, go to tactics select attacing.

After thats press square make the player you have selected go to the other side of the opposing ruckman.

So that if you win the contest he is their to pick the ball up or tackle your opponent.

If you win kick straight into your forward 50 and you should mark and kick a goal if your a good kick.
