This is a cool game glitch. Do the all wrestlers code, and you should have "Indland Production and Wacky" wrestlers in addition to the regular wrestlers.
Choose Veal from the Indland wrestlers, and any other wrestler. During the match, at any distance, press o(3 times) triangle (3 times) or square (3 times) quickly.
Like magnets, the wrestlers will come together, and Veal will execute some moves!
