While using a stealth tank for either WAPR or Norad, press and hold the secondary weapon button, usually circle (the one that makes it go stealth)keep holding it.

When the % weapon remaining counter reaches 0%, keep holding it and it will continue into negative numbers, you know have unlimited stealth (until vehicle is destroyed or you get recharge crate from a tech centre) This works in single and multiplayer.
