To do this you will need to unlock Turin and a Mini


When the man gets into the car turn around and go down the small road straight 
ahead down the lane there will be a right turn (not a road but a side street) 
go down there go through the wide part and down the other side street in the 
far left corner. You will come to a junction there is a road straight ahead 
drive down there. At the next junction turn left then left again at the next. 
Not long after there will be a right turn down a small lane take that turn. 
At the end of the lane take a left turn. Follow that road to the end at the 
junction take a right and then almost immediately left. Go down a slope into 
a car park then go to the end of that section and down another slope at the 
bottom of the second slope turn left and go down another slope there you will 
see and ramp get a run up and jump the fence. Follow the brown track and you 
will see a grey slope heading up into a building go up there. You will come 
to a race track here you can drive around the track and set a track record 
and stuff.
Halfway around the track you should see a slope going up on the left if you 
get some speed u you can jump the race track wall and land of a rooftop
