If you want to kill a henchman in one shot, there are loads of ways of doing it:
1. Shoot them in the head.
2. Shoot them in the shoulder-blade.
3. Shoot them in the hip.
4. Use mines/grenade launcher.
5. Blow up a barrel/ box right next to them.
6. If they are in a tower, shooting them anywhere will kill them.
7. Use a stealth attack. (Equip PK7, hold down L1 while sneaking up to them, get behind them without them noticing, press X. A smaller screen comes up and you will kill them instantly.)

I personaly tried them and they didn't work!!!i'll give the ones that didn't work:

50 med kits and 50 ammo:select x2,cicle x2,L1 x2 and r1 x2.

invincible:select x2,cicle x2,triangle and select.
