Cheat for Tomb Raider Last Revelation

Level skip:

HANG north and press select to enter inventory. Highlight Load and press L1+L2+R1+R2+UP Together. press TRIANGLE to exit inventory and skip level.

All Weapons and unlimited medipacks:

HANG north and press select to enter inventory. Highlight small medipacks and press L1+L2+R1+R2+UP Together. Press TRIANGLE to exit and press select again to get the weapons.

All Items:

HANG north and press select and Highlight Large medipacks and press L1+L2+R1+R2+DOWN or UP (sorry i forgot). press TRIANGLE to exit and press select to find all items.
