Right then before you get star - Tomb Raider Last Revelation
Right then before you get started you might need to know this...when trying to face north climb up on a ledge to get the exact direction you need!!
Level Skip:Get Lara facing north with the technique you now know, then get on your inventory screen and highlight the load game, then hold down R1+R2+L1+L2+up, hold these down at the same time then about 5 seconds later press triangle while still holding the other buttons.
All Items:Get Lara facing north then go to the inventory screen and highlight the large medipack. Press and hold L1+ L2+ R1+R2+down together for a moment then press triangle.
All Special Items (keys, artifacts, etc.):Get Lara facing north then go to the inventory screen and highlight the large medipack L1+L2+R1+R2+down, then press square, triangle, circle.But make sure when you do this cheat you don't hold down square, triangle and circle just press them.
I hope these work, but if they don't the reason why they don't is becuse you probably arenÂ’t facing north properly!
