Clean Hospital:
When your hospital becomes full of patients litter, 'Save' the game and reload it and your hospital will be free of garbage and the patients will be gone giving you a fresh start.

Unlock Rat Game:
Type in: 7287 on the keypad and click the 'Send' button on the machine when the fax machine screen comes up. When you the level is completed you will be taken to a rat game.
