For the Japanese version you, Hold L1 and press

For the American version, press

Left,Left,Down,Down,square,square,triangle,square.

Cheat for level select. During the mission select screen press,

Left,Left,Down,Down,Square,Square,Triangle,X while holding the R1 button.
