To choose what characters fight enter the following codes during Demonstration mode on either or both of the controllers.

Unlock Ganryu:

Unlock Anna:

Unlock Alternate Costumes:
Press Square + Triangle at the 'Character' selection screen for costume 1 or X + Circle for costume 2.

to do this cheat you have to have a second controler. Hold Triangle + X + UP +L1 for a second ship during the load game. Olso you will need to press select to restart a stage. But just remember restarting the last stage will return the game to stage one.

Devil kazuya

If you want to do this, beat galaga, the one you play at the very begining of the game, with losing only one ship on single ship mode. If you want to make this a tons easier, beat the first level without losing once in less than or at 8.16 seconds to get a second ship for free. It's much easier this way to get all ships. You can't lose once either but do this to get devil kazuya.

to use a new combo called dragoon kick you would have to use La. To use it push. X,X,X,X,O,O,O,O,Tri,Tri,Tri. If this does not finish them kick them until they are dead.

Play as the fake last boss, Heihachi Play through the entire game without continuing.

Play a the last boss (Devil Kazuya) Get a perfect score on all the Galaga games all the way through the game, and you will be able to play as the final boss.

You cannot use the Double ship code, and you cannot restart a stage more than once. Then highlight Kazuya in Arcade Mode and press Start.

Saving Bosses to Memory Card Any time you beat the game with a character, their boss will become playable. This can be saved to a memory card for future use.

Get double ships on the Galaga Intro Defeat the first wave of enemies in the Galaga intro in under 18.5 seconds and you will be rewarded with double ships on the next wave!
