Farah should also attack using Chi or Mirage. Use the distortion spell or any strong spell that could cause a big damage to Nereid's HP with either Keele or Meredy.

Have the one that's not casting the offensive spells cast nurse or any healing spells or items.

When there is no need to heal use offensive spells. Do this over and over and you will last for a long time.

When Nereid's HP drops below 10,000 he will use the Eternal finality which can can cause up to 9,999 HP damge.

Now, while the tiny balls are being shown press square, circle and cross button simultaneously to counter it which will cause 9,999 HP damage to Nereid and heal you by 9,999 HP.
