When you have reached M.Bison's stage and have not lost a single round Akuma will appear and K.O. Bison. Accomplishing this will also unlock the 'Extra Options'.

Highlight the 'Practice' option on the 'Mode' selection screen and press Select, Up(2), Right, Up, Right, Up, Select. If the code has been entered correctly a message will appear.

Then do as many of the moves as u can with all the different characters and u will gradually unlock them 1 by 1.

There is a bar on the right.When that gets to the top you've unlocked them all.

If u were half way up u will have unlocked 2.U
