First to make sure this cheat works what u do is deleat all u'r data.
Use Unlock the caracters without using any chaets complete expert mode, then beat the game 49 times after u do that dealet u'r caracters and next time u unlock all the caracters instead of Hayache u will get Cyber Shin Evil Ryu
