Highlight Options and press Triangle, Circle, Left, L1, R2, Square, Circle, Left at the Title screen then hold L1 + Select + Triangle after the beep.
at the main menu go down to options, dont go in to it.
Press up,down,left right then hold down the l2 button and press the select button then triangle if you do this correctly you will here a chime.
