Pause the game and press square, square, circle, circle, square, square, circle, circle. You should hear a ring sound and then a menu with numbers on it should pop up.

Using the D-pad, you can select numbers from the menu and play the dialogue from the level you are in.

Go to molten crater and go in the lava until sparks is gone and right as you hit the lava(it takes practice)pause and exit the level.now if you hit a sheep you will not gain sparks back.and you connot pause the game now.also if you go in the lake next to the portal you will be walking in water and you can breath fire under water and glide but you cannot get out so you will have to reset the playstation.also save your progress before dying because you can't pause the game.(i forgot to save and I lost all my gems I collected in that time and now I have to collect all them again.)happy gaming :)

First, get up on the tower where Bentley's Outpost is. Then Glide straight over to the mountains until you're in a little glitch world after going straight through the wall. The only portal you should see is Fireworks Factory. Go land in front of it and everything should go back to normal - except you're walking under the water. To do this with the air-swimming cheat, go into Lost Fleet/Fireworks Factory and burn yourself until you're about to die. When the controller vibrates for the last time, hit start before you die and exit level. When you're swimming in the lake, pop up out of the water and you can swim in the air. Go over to your rocket/whirligig and get on the platform. When it asks you to go somewhere, get off and you'll be walking again. Get in the water and you can walk underwater. The only problem is, you can't press start. After I did this, I ran over to Fireworks Factory and went to the Dragon-Shooting minigame. Then, Handel wouldn't talk to me. So I went through the Power-up and I turned red, but I could neither fly nor shoot fireballs. So I landed on a patch of grass, killed an air fodder and tried to get Sparx back, but only a butterfly came out, and Sparx never came back. You could either die or turn off the console.

Also, I have another theory on how to get to the tower. Somewhere in the game, you have to trigger something that activates a whirlwind in Midnight Mountain. The whirlwind should be right in the middle of that room where the Sorceress' portal was. If you go there and look up, the roof is hollow. If there was a whirlinf there, it would be high enough to carry you to the tower. I know, I'm full of bologna, but I know I'm not the only one who wants to know what's on the tower!

I've been playing this game for years, and it just won't stop taunting me. People say there's no way to get to it, but I believe it has something to do with the annoying chirping cricket on the gliding platform to get to the egg on the small tower facing the tall tower behind the rocket, whereas that's the ONLY location where you hear a cricket in the entire game, I'm sure. And don't listen to those "press X 500 times then jump off the bridge blah blah..." They're spam and clearly useless. If you want to sprain your thumb sitting their pressing buttons for nothing, be my guest. Some of those cheats are good for a laugh I guess, but no good. Anyway, as a totally insane gamer, my theory is: Find the cricket. Kill the cricket. Let Sparx eat the 'magic' butterfly and you'll get a superflame powerup. Go to the bridge and shoot the base of the tower. The tower will then lower, allowing you to glide over to the tower to get whatever's on there. OR maybe Insomniac's a sick group of evil people who likes to torture people with impossible towers! (Told ya I'm insane! BWAHAHA!)

But it's much much harder than the other two levels, and may take a while. When you go to the place where the wizard creates the crystals, Go into the water before all the crystal finish appearing. Get under the middle crystal before it gets big enough to jump on. Right before it's finished growing, jump up and it will bonk you back into the water, and you'll be at the bottom of the pond, but it will seem like you're still surface-skating. Dunk under the water to appear under the surfaces, then swim away out into the open. Once you have a clear view of everything, you can swim anywhere. However, if you swim through the Superfly Powerup, you'll be in a flying position, but bubbles will be coming from your nose. After this, you cannot move. Only rotate and blow bubbles. Now you'll have to turn off the game and turn it back on. This cheat won't always work and is very hard to attempt. Timing is everything with this. Good luck!

2 go to the side where there is fiery right neer the water

5 now kill spyro but don't get zap agin you should be swiming in air

6 now swim around and look behind the rock walls ther should be a portal behind one of them go ther it

7 if it's the right one ther will be a round room the floor in the mitle is rased if you go to the mitle you will exit and fall to your deth

These cheats are good. They allow you to swim all over the place as if you had SuperFly constantly. There are 2 levels where you can do this.

Bamboo Terrace: You have to go to the end part where there is the waterfall and the two islands. Go right to the edge of the waterfall where you drop off, and dive with the square button. If you did it right, you should be swimming above the water, just by the waterfall. Don't, worry, the Dino Mines swimming cheat is easier.

Dino Mines: To swim here, you have to get to the bit near the end where Zoe zaps you after you leave the water. (There's a dinosaur with pistols in front of you if that helps.) Just get her to zap you underwater by diving with square when she's about to wave her wand at you. Then run into the TNT boxes underwater until you lose a life. When you return to Zoe, you will be swimming where she zapped you.

To walk normally again, all you have to do is go in any patch of water.

My sister found out that you could do the swimming cheat somewhere else, but it is VERY hard to do. We've only been able to do it once.

Crystal Islands: Go to the part of the level where there is the wizard that makes the whirlwind appear. Go in the water, and dive. Swim fast up to the wall and dive over the edge of the water. Hopefully you should be swimming. It is a very hard cheat to do in this level.

Right, there are two dead modes

1.go to world one and go to that lava level. Jump in the lava until you have no sparx health. As soon as it looks like his tail is toutching the lava pause, now it looks like his bum is touching the lava. Go to exit level. When you get out you should have no sparx and not be able to get him back with sheep. Jump in water, you will sink and be able to glide and breath fire underwater!

2. Do the same apart from do it on the fireworks factory level. When you get out you will be able to swim on land AND in the sky!

Know in the bio how the seals invent the sport of "squidbording"? Wel you can get one! Just get on a skateboard and pause the game. Then press up, up, left, left, right, right, down, down, square, circle, square. You will now be on a squidboard.

Moneybags is a really annoying character in the game and I always enjoy watching the demos of him getting beat up. If you haven't defeated the sorceress yet then you won't know about this: When you have defeated the sorceress in the arena with Agent 9 and return to the Midnight Mountain home you will find Moneybags on a bridge (if you look for him) he will tell you how he is going to sell a dragon egg in Avalar and then he gets rather shifty and runs away.

Follow him and either keep charging him or keep flaming him. Every time you flame or charge him yellow and purple gems fly out of him, they are all the gems you have payed him throughout the game. After a while if you keep at flaming him will stop and give you an egg then flee (don't bother following him this time).

So the moral is don't get mad with giving gems to Moneybags because you get to beat him up in the end anyway!!

If you hold R1,R2,L1,and L2 at the same time not only will Sparx point to the nearest gem, but you will twirl in circles if you move the analog stick left and right while holding the top buttons.~~Dragongal20044

In Bentleys Challenge in Bamboo terrace if you fall off the edge and pause the game and press "Exit Area" you will not only save a life but also have gained the egg for that challenge.


ps what is this about "hidden movie" Spike is Born? on my game spike is born is shown just after you leave midday gardens for Evening lake.

pps can anyone tell me how to get higher percentage the 117% as i am stuck here and cant get further!

In Icy peak go down the stairs to a secret. when you get done gettin the eggs in the secret go up the right hand side and there is a piece of ice in the wall run and bust it.

Also in the same secret level there is a place where you use sparx to point and you will find it easier, but go up the left hand side.

Keep going until you are a jump away from your beginning start and to your left is a hole go in and there is a whirly thing and go up it and get the coins....

Go to Hunter the cat after defeating the "Sunny Villa" level. He will guide you to a tunnel. Go into the the tunnel wear you see "Zoe" the fairy.

She will tell you to go into a Flying Power-Up. Go in to the power-up and you will fly very far.

Turn the corner in the tunnel and press down and you will fly up. There is an egg in the hole.

In a portal where you try to get an orb, usually you can't die. But don't try to die on purpose. You might just die for real.....!

I have finished the game and got all of the skill points in the snow boarding level in super bonus world.



I can't beat the course record could some one please tell me how to and what it does sent in by a person how rules!

In the bonus leavel an easy way to beat the snowboarders is to go stand in a blue star shaped powerup before you decide to race.



Then go back to hunter and say you are ready to race.



If you stand in the power up long enough you should be able to go through the whole course without needing to do another trick.

I you want superfly go to bamboo terrace

go to the water with 2 islands and a

rinok that shoots fireworks.Get in water.



Go to the right corner don,t go

down the waterfall.Go up to the edge but

don,t go down.Then press square.



Warning,ones you get superfly you can,t

blow fire or go in water or leave the

level.

I noticed many people on the site asking how to 'Find Agent 9's Powerup' which is the skill point in Fireworks factory. All you have to do is go into Agent 9's warp room.



The first room where the kid is (I think that he's named Handel, But who gives) and then go into the second room. Hold down O for rapid fire and shoot all the ninjas there.



Next go into the next room and then clear out all the ninjas and gunmen and destroy the boxes, then go back to the sliding doors sliding between the third room and the second room and press triangle and look up at the top of the roof.



There should be a red box thingy. Shoot it to get a skill point, a new life and a better advanced laser. This laser is rainbow coloured and is much faster.



The only downside is that it doesn't reflect off walls like you're other laser does. but you only have 500 bullets after that you go back to your normal gun.



Also if you're wandering how to get past Agent 9's Lab Where that stupid forcefield is.



Do whatever the professer says then when you get to the bombs aim and chuck it over the top of the forcefield, so it hits the red box thingy then walk to the shore and shoot the boats with your normal gun to get an egg.



And for 99 lives pause the game and press R2 L2 R2 L2 Up Up Up Up O



To turn the game easy mode pause the game and press O square right left right square O X



For medium mode pause and press O square right left right square O O



For hard mode pause and press O square right left right square O square



To make spyro have a big head and bigger flame pause and press Up up up up R1 R1 R1 R1 O



For colour codes pause and press Up left down right up square R1 R2 L1 L2 up right down left Up



Then the game should freeze. The next button you press makes Spyro whatever colour it represents...



triangle for green

square for pink

X for blue

O for red

down for black

Up for yellow

L1, L2, R1, R2, right or left to turn spyro back to normal

(select and start don't do anything)

To make spyro flat mode press pause and left right left right L2 R2 L2 R2 square.

Well, thats wrong, you can do it in any wourld with lava, and with any character.

The cheat for the "squid-board" really works! All you need to do is go on a skateboard,pause and press up up left left right right down down square circle square.



( P.S. It gets you a lot of points and is easy to handle.)

The ultimate cheat you have been waiting for is how to get all the moves, eggs, gems, etc.



Ok first how to get all the hidden gems,

In spooky swamp:Sheila go to the place where you see two eggs, then you face right.



You see this tall wall, go near it then kick it,(o) then you see the purple gem.

How to find hidden eggs: First you go to midnight moutain, then you see money bags (if not you have to defeat the sorceress with 100 eggs) flame money bags then he gives up an egg, then when he enters crystal island follow him then quit the level.



Go to desert ruins. Then you find an egg! How to get some more eggs: You go to charmed ridge, you keep going until you see a blue cave, glide to the cave,then you see a portal go in it do that level and at the end you head bash the wooden part of the castle, then you see some gems!



How to get the egg in desert ruins. Go through it climb up the ladder that leds to 3 or 4 steps, face right then you see a flat hand. glide to the hand turn right then jump onto the rock. You'll find a egg!



To go to super bonus world: You collect all the gems, eggs then you go in it and complete the challenges. Then you defeat the soreress then you see a movie!
