You know there's that big coloured dome in the middle of the room ? Go inside it and pull him in (use your web attack). It will take lots of health away (from him).
Do this about 5 times and then you have killed him. Hope it helps.
(P.S. it's easier with the
CAPTAIN UNIVERSE costume).
