Unlock Tetsuo:
Successfully beat ALL the Medium tracks in Tournament mode and then defeat Tetsuo in the final race.
Unlock Beemer:
Successfully beat ALL the Hard tracks in Tournament mode and then defeat 'Challenge Beemer' in the final race.
