Firstly, to get Kaede simply complete the game with only one of any of the characters. Make sure that you get all the passes for that character and you will then see a portrait of Kaede on the bottom
You can then get another character named Sinobin. To get Sinobin, just complete the game with Kaede following the same procedure as you did to get Kaede.
