Well Jirai Gumo is good atk 2200/100def and he is less than 100 chips but I can't remeber how much exactly and I just got my other good cards from killing other guys.
I don't know the password, but Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon is 1800 starchips.
Jirai gumo is 80 starchips at 2200 attck points, and at 1000 starchips, you can buy judge man at 2200 atack points. One more thing, at 1900 starchips, you can get seiayarou the dragon at 2500 attack points.
