You can't really defeat him cause all he does is ask for rematches.
It's not that hard to defeat heishin. I am new but defeated him.i think it was a luck.i first used raigeki and destroyed his moths and then summoned summoned skull by comdibing time wizard and embyonic beast on the field by equiping it with beast fangs and black pendent.its attck was 3500 and heishin has all the monsters of attack 3000 and below excluding the moths
