What is the best cheap card to buy I have got good cards but I cannot beat Seto 2.

I think the best cheap card is Jiria Gumo, it costs 80 stars and has 2100 attack
I would say thunder dragon because you can fuse it to make twin headed thuner dragon then power that up to beat seto 2nd. Hope this helps :D
