Seto 2nd
You get him by not beating all the Shrines yet, but still going to the dueling grounds and once you beat the Labyrinth guy it will take you to seto and he will challenge you. Once beaten you are sent back to the dueling grounds.
Seto 2nd. You have to beat a couple of the high mages and then go to the dueling grounds where Jono says that Teana has been captured. Once that occurs, you should face Labrynith Mage first. Then if you beat him, you should confront Seto 2nd. If you beat him, he becomes a character that you can duel against in Free Duel. Simple :D
