Question for WWF Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role

I was playing a Royal Rumble and Big Show and Ken Shamrock came out.

How can you play as them in a normal match?

You're probably going to have to season all over again or continue and see if they will come out again, anyways though.

When they'e coming out I think you need to press and hold R1, R2, L1 and L2.
