I tried the 'restful' cheat that DTom submitted, and at first nothing happened, but about 5 minutes after, Lara did say 'restful'. The cheat is to fire around the office in the City level with the rocket launcher.

What does that actually mean? What happens after she says 'restful'?

DTom: I might have bogused it... But I verified it afterwards. It does work after all. Sorry. :)
