Ok, it's very hard to do...

1. Go into the attic and push the crate as far forward as it will go.
2. Leave to the landing and go the the room right on the left that leads to the library.
3. Go to one of the bookcases near the fire and press action. Lara will pull out a book that will extinguish the fire.
4. Go into the fireplace and you'll see the left hand wall is climbable. Climb up and work your way around until you find two crates. One is the one you pushed earlier. Push it out of the way and there will be an entrance to the attic.
5. See the lever? Pull it and quickly, and I mean quickly dash out of the attic (not through the fireplace, it's started up again. She'll burn if you go that way) and down the stairs to the door you just opened. Get in before it closes.
6. Go through and you'll find yourself in a huge aquarium. There's a box in the middle of the room. Climb on top of it and jump through a hole above you into the roof.
7. Walk down the corridor and there'll be a tile of water. Yes, you get to swim in the aquarium! Jump in and swim about for a key, and be careful of your breath. The aquarium's big, and the racetrack key is small, so it'll be a job finding it. Make sure you know where the tile where you jumped in is! There's no other way out!
8. Take that key to the quad bike gate and you can get in and race around.
