Holy Water can be found in the Water Temple. It can turn things that have been turned to stone back to what they were before again. To actually get the water you must place the Ice Sculpture on the pedestal so the water continually runs. To get the Ice Sculpture push the "unmeltable" ice into the Sculptor's Hut on Ranch Summit. Go back after you've been to the Water Temple and he'll give it to you.
There is a pedestal that you find in the water temple (by the place where you first become mini). You need to go to the ice sculptor and get him to make an ice sculpture for you. You then put the ice sculpture on the pedestal and the holy water will continue flowing.

You have to go to the water temple and stand on a lever you should start a water flow after that go to the sculptors hut at the kujara ranch and speak to him he will give you his ice sculpture arfter that go to the lever again and use the ice sculptur (the holy water should stay on ) use the bucket to catch the water
Go to any magic flower and you will have option to rewater it, I.e. You can empty your bucket. Unfreeze baron in Donglin forest and holy tree.
