Use the ice pigs robes near pigs and they will turn to candy (bet it tastes nasty :P )

When you defeat the evil ice pig, you get his robe.
Simply equip the robe and push Down + Circle near pigs to change them into Ice Candy.

Firstly beat the Evil Ice Pig to get his robe. Then use the Ice magic on Koma Pigs. They should turn into Ice Candy. Hold Down on the D-Pad and press O to use the magic. Have fun.
