The only way to enter the tiny mouse house is to go back and collect all three different shaped cogs that go in the open spaces on that crank machine next to that one guy who operates it. First go back to the bridge where one of the cogs was used. You can take that one with you. Then go to the ranch summit and you will find another cog by where the ladder was raised.finally the third cog to be found is in the beginning of the water temple, near the one dude who lowers the platform so the water will flow out of the big tank. Have fun hope this helped.
