How do you get through the Flashbang level?

For what I did you have to be quick. Start out in the control room where you talk to that guy, then go to a channel, keep your main gun out EVERY time you enter a new channel, go to the door of the room of the hostages for that channel, if a man comes out then shoot him down, once you go into the room with the hostages the terrorists will try to kill the hostages. Whether you are being shot at oir not use your flash bang then quickly get out your gun and shoot the terrorists but be careful of the hostages. Hope this helped you out!
