Hey, Check it out, I have tried eveything to get rid of that sniper, including using the MiL-70 the thing is I think that he is a stationary hazard in the game.

If you are already past the locksmith, you head directly down the stairs to a ammo box, get the flak jacket, if not quickly run around the red crate, and eliminate the two bogies, after that run to where the farthest is standing.

Shoot the pyramid of barrels by the door, that should be your way out, but the entire mission of this level, is to blow up the trucks carrying the virus, there are five or six trucks to blow up.

If you are in the very beginning of the level then you should run to where maggie is runout of the range of the sniper.

Take out the truck, then follow maggie to the open warehouse door, don't panic, follow her around, then use your independent aim and take out the barrels, in the same pyramid fashion.

That will take out the door, then run over to where the masked bogie was, and go to the ammo box that is, or was behind him, and take out the sniper rifle.
