I'm in Radat town right now, and I'm trying to recruit this guy to plan out the war battle because Apple needs his help but he told me that if I find his coin in the river, he will join us. My question is, where is the sluice gate that I need to fix to stop the water so I could go into the river and find his coin? I've clicked on everything and nothing is telling me anything. I'm so fed up!
