How do you defeat Doctor Shemp the Peacekeepers Boss?

Doctor Shemp is the leader of the Kamikaze tribesmen, he is a large creature that wears armour and sunglasses. Once you have freed the dragon make your way towards the platform he is on making sure you dodge his attacks from his staff as you do so. Dr Shemps back is his weak spot as it does not have armour. Maneouvre Spyro so he can attack this unprotected part of Doctor Shemps body. When you flamed it once he will move across the bridge to another platform, follow him and repeat the process. Once you have repeated it for a third time Doctor Shemp will be defeated.
