No, you cannot. Unfortunately, you can only use whatever you have bought with the money earned in The Mercenaries on the file that you unlocked the weapons on. So no, you cannot transfer anything that way.

No you can't you hve to use what you bought with monet won from playing mercenaries if you want to play the game with it. Hope this helps.
