Question for Parasite Eve 2

I have two questions:

First, how do I get the combination to the hotel loft safe in Dryfield secondly Kyle Madigan gave me a password (Melissa Maya) for the computer I am assuming that it is the one in the laboratory. I have entered that and other passwords but it keeps saying error.

I have been everywhere except locked door rooms including the armoury which needs a card I do not have.

Please tell me how to get the safe combanation and the computer password.

Okay, first the combination for the safe is 4487and the password for the laboratory is : a3,e,i,l,m2,s2,y....
