Yes, but you will need good timing to get out of the way the first chance you get.

Yes, But the key to a successfull, (and often funny) chase is to use your opponent, to trick them into a messy death!

Well it depends on what your plan is to out run them, and you time and stealth. I have the game and I passed sligs, Paramites, slogs and scrabs. In most cases you can easily outrun a slig,and slog. But Paramites and Scrabs will be even harder.
