But you can get it on megaman x3 by puting a code for playing as zero all the time 7E0A8E02 with ation replay then eva fing the gold armer for megaman or put this code in to all ways have it 7E1FD7FF

I was told it was a for a early released version both us and jpn, I heard it years ago but never seen it since, I see cheats but nothing confirms its. I think it's just an old hoax.
