You have to go to the Clozer Woods. Somewhere you should see Jim, Osh, and Bensely in a house talk to them and join their club. Get them the supplies they ask for by borrowing them from the construction worker in city hall. Find a comic book from behind the junk shop in a house in the woods. A stag beetle, and some other bug. Give them to Jim one at a time. For one of them he'll trade you for the X buster. Sometimes he'll give other things like broken ciruits.
