Are the "X BUSTER" the "BROKEN CIRCUITS" and "WEAPON PLANS" used to make anything??

Yes. ALL items are used for something x buster I think is used to make the shining laser, everything else I forget what they're for. I even have all the weapons too.
An easy but long way is to fill out ALL the little spaces in every ruin and sub-gate. Then go to roll even look close at the ground and you'll see something like a beetle eventually you'll get stuff from jim, osh, & Bensely.

The X buster and weapon plans are used with the prism crystal to create the GREATEST weapon the "Shining Laser". The Broken Circuits
As for Broken circuits I still don't know. (It's killing me, I'm trying to remember)
