I would like to know how to finish the DROWNED DREAMS quest, please.

I'm stuck on it.

Talk to Inspector Bud in the habour. Ask all 3 options: Sunked Ship, Basketlt the fish and Believe in ghost.

After talk again and a new option will come up and then he runs off into the room where the girl is dancing.

It should be easy from there on.
