Li'l Cactus Quest:

There will be a time when Bud will be sick when you go home. This will signify the beginning of the quest. When you find that out, talk to lisa(bud's sister) and she'll say talk to the fortune teller in Domina.

Go to Domina. Go to the marketplace and talk to Meimei(the fortune teller) and she will say some stuff.
Go back to Home. Lisa will Li'l cactus ran off.(and then the words "Li'l Cactus" will come out to begin the quest). Don't take Lisa to gain more exp. Go upstairs and read the note. It will say go to Gaeus.

Go to Luon Highway and talk to gaeus. He will say meet Selkie(Roane's sister). Go to Jungle. Go to Forested Ruins and talk to Roane the Penguin. He'll say that Selkie is in Courtyard of Rain. Go to Courtyard of Rain and she will be there. Talk to her for her to cast the spell on you. Go back to Forested Ruins and Selkie will be there and say talk to Brownie(a student in Geo).

Go to Geo and go to the Academy of Magic. Talk to the student in the door of the classroom. He'll say he got his potion from David. Go to SS Bucaneer. Talk to the penguin looking at the painting and he'll say Pelican took Li'l Cactus home.

Go back to Domina and talk to Pelican. She'll say she put Li'l Cactus in your mailbox. Go back again to Home. You'll see Li'l Cactus in the mailbox. Talk to him/her to finish the quest.
