Well I don't think you need to give her a present but when she starts saying she feels sick ect then go to the clinic and the doc will say she is pregnant!
Just give her a flower every day and my wife was pregnant within a season.(this works for every 1 but ann, she don't like flowers much)
You don't need to give anything to your wife she just becomes pregnant
