How do you access your nimbus 2000 once you have passed with a B or higher at quidditch, because I can only use a broomstick for training.

If they have given you your broomstick, you should be able to equip/assign it to a button, just like a spell. Then you can press that button to use it out on the grounds. There are some areas that will not allow you to fly, though.
