Err, yes but you need gameshark in order to do this.

Hate too tell you this in order too get all your license's in gran turismo you must complete all license tests A,B,INTERNATIONAL A before you buy a car or even race .You should finish all license test by day 80 no later then day 100 then buy 1st car and race .Iys lots of work so use 2 memory cards too save license test 1 too back up you did them the other too add your races have fun .
